We spend a good chunk of our life working. That is certainly not bad. We need it. We need it to gain value and provide for ourselves and our families.

But, we tend to take it too far – working 50+ hours every week and having so many items on our to-do lists that 41% of them never get completed. It is not just a personal issue, it is a cultural issue.
