Sometimes we can get stuck in a rut. We go to work. We do the same things we’ve always done- the way we’ve always done them. But let’s change that. Step back and take a look at your job, your daily tasks. Many times when we take time to reflect, we can find areas where we could work smarter instead of harder. Take time this week and set aside time to do a job evaluation. Where can you focus your energies to be more efficient? What busy work can you make more effective.
